Default Nuetral Colored Primeval Armor

***This is a fashion police public service announcement.***

It seems like no matter what dye color you put on your warrior's Primeval Armor it looks a bit off right?

The first thing that I did when I got my warrior his was find a way to fix this and now I've decided to share it with others.

To get a neutral (<-- correct spelling this time) color on your armor simply combine one silver dye and one brown dye. If you are wealthy, add a black after adding the brown to get a darker, more fitting color.

I'm sure some of you know this, but it seems that many people don't. And I always find the color disparity of this armor jarring, even when it isn't on my character. It's just not right.

Wait, do dyes still stack on armors. Such as if you dye your armor red, then dye it purple it will still have a red hue? Otherwise I feel that I have missed the purpose of this.

New dye replaces old dye.

When you dye something you have 4 dye slots. You can add multiple bottles to the mix to get different colors. So, you would use silver + brown or silver + brown + black.

What if you add a fifth dye will that erase the first or will it prevent the fifth dye from being used?

This doesn't really belong in Riverside then if it is just a combination.

I was under the assumption that old dye had an effect on the next dye applied.

Its by dying sessions. Each dying combo of up to 4 replace the previous.

Dye used to stack without the window, such as: if you dyed your armor red, then blue, it would turn out purple. Hense the point of Dye Remover.
That's what's confusing some people.

Well, if you know where I should have posted it, please inform me.

Not since the dye change that they implemented shortly after Factions.

You can now apply a combo of up to 4 dye each time. After that, the next dye (session) replaces the old dye.

It wasn't really a post about my warrior though. If a mod feels it should be moved that's cool. No complaints here.

I mean, let me rephrase my reasoning.
When the dye update occurred, I found out that previous dyes did not change the dye hue that was applied on after it.
This thread came up, and I thought maybe Warrior Primeval had some glitch or something that made it so previous dye did affect the next dye.
It doesn't, so it is basically a color combination which doesn't really suit general discussion.

Just wandering, with the amount of ingame gold we paid for a pair of elite armor, how come we don't get to ask the crafter to make it a certain color we want, but instead we have to color them ourself with dye?

Wait I don't get this thread as well. The OP is just giving a dye combo to colour it so it is the same colour with the undyeable parts?

Has nothing to do with making a neutral blue or neutral red on this armour?

Koross,

You could also use the same formula to create a more docile blue or red hue, if that's what you mean. You'd just use a red or blue in place of the black. At least, I think that will work.

Scary Raebbit,

As I've said, if a mod feels that this should be moved, that's fine by me. I just didn't see any place else to post it.

I didn't mean to anger, offend or otherwise upset any body by posting this here. I hope that you'll accept my apology.
